If you can find your video via search, click the "Add to Profile" button and it'll show up within the Videos module on your user profile. Did you use the Contact Us form to submit your help request?

Seems there are still bugs in the system, both physical and administrative. They "lost" my first and only video. I found it doing a search, but it doesn't show up on my page. I wrote an email to the staff and was summarily ignored. Not even a form letter.

Give it some time, I guess there are some glitches on the BETA website. But there's no excuse for ignoring emails. Metacafe is looking better and better all the time!
